Southeastern Asphalt User/Producer Group

Since 1995, the SEAUPG Annual Meeting has been an opportunity to meet with industry leaders and state agencies to share their challenges and successes within the three SEAUPG regions and to learn what other states are accomplishing as well. The SEAUPG Annual Meeting & Exhibits is presented each year in one of our 14 represented states with in the Southeast U.S. 

Welcome our 2025 Chairman, Shawn D. Jack, P.E., with the West Virginia Department of Highways / Materials & Testing Division and for the first time in 30 years Charleston, West Virginia will be the location for our annual meeting & exhibits!

This annual three day event features speakers, vendors and attendees representing various facets within the asphalt industry including but not limited to asphalt supply & refining, academic research & development, products, testing services and equipment suppliers used in the development to improve products and services for sustainable, longer lasting roads.
